Do you guarantee my Shopify account will be reopened?+
No serious actor can guarantee a 100% reopening — Shopify always holds the final decision, per its
Terms of Service. What we guarantee: a case built to their own criteria, submitted to the right teams, with a historically high success rate on the cases we accept. If you're not reinstated, the variable portion isn't due.
How long can Shopify freeze my funds?+
Per the
Shopify Payments Terms:
"as long as we determine necessary, in our sole discretion." In practice, reserves frequently reach 90 to 120 days, sometimes more.
I'm a non-US resident — can I still work with you?+
Yes — you're our core client. Most of our clients are European, North African, Latin American, or Asian merchants operating the US market. We handle all structuring (LLC, EIN, ITIN, bank, IRS).
Why not display all your prices online?+
Because the high-stakes services (Recovery, PSP, AMEX) depend entirely on your real case: account age, frozen payout amount, monthly volume, chargeback ratio, niche. Giving a price without that data means either overcharging "just in case" or undercharging and cutting corners. Standardized services (LLC, ITIN) are publicly listed.
What are the payment terms?+
Standard: 50% on signature, 50% on delivery. Credit card (US or international), SEPA / SWIFT wire, or Mercury / Wise. Official US invoice issued by White LLC, deductible for your structure.
Do you work with every niche?+
No. We systematically decline niches that violate the Acceptable Use Policies of Shopify, Stripe, or major acquirers — out of operational realism. If the niche is ineligible, no "trick" lasts more than a few weeks.
How long does a Shopify Recovery case take?+
Typically 24 to 72 hours on cases we accept. Our insiders analyze the file and most "final" decisions turn out to be automated mis-flags that can be reversed quickly. The first 72 hours after suspension are critical — beyond that, files weigh more heavily and reviews take longer.
Form 5472 and 1120 — are they really mandatory?+
Yes, without exception, for any US LLC owned 25%+ by a non-resident. The
IRS applies an automatic $25,000 penalty per unfiled year, regardless of your actual revenue.
How do I reach you?+
Three channels: the "Free diagnostic" button at the top of the page, WhatsApp at
+1 (360) 861-0325, or by email. Reply within 24 US business hours.
